Absolutely agree with you on the open-ended questions technique. I'd add that you need to focus on LISTENING to your clients. Don't assume you know their issues and how to solve them. You will prove you're an expert if you've really understood their unique problem not if you butt in.

the part about defining your communication strategy sounds more complex than you made it seem. Do you have another video where you talk about it in detail?

great info! thanks a lot, personally I try to make a quick moodboard at the beginning to try to understand the global style that they're looking for. Also is a good way to involve the client in the process.

@BrandMasterAcademy4 жыл бұрын
Good question Milan... Yes there are over 40 tools and templates including worksheets, Cheatsheets, scripts and deliverable templates... The Brand Master Playbook walks you through step-by-step how to build a strategic brand and where to use the tools provided... Hope this helps :)

Does this structure apply also to personal branding? I was thinking how to craft the communication messages so it does not sound boastful or arrogant.. Can you think of any concrete examples for messaging for personal brand?
@BrandMasterAcademy3 ай бұрын
Absolutely, this approach works for personal branding. Focus on sharing your purpose and the impact you create rather than accomplishments alone.

I'm still kind of confused about the difference between Audience Persona & Audience Personality? It seems like they feed into each other and the line can be kind of blurred. Could you please elaborate more on the distinction between the two? Thank you so much! I'm highly considering getting the playbook!
@BrandMasterAcademy4 жыл бұрын
Carly Rutkovsky audience personality is part of the audience persona. The brand personality is part of the brand persona. Make sense ?
@thomastalksabout28703 жыл бұрын
@@BrandMasterAcademy In my understanding the audience persona is a profile with all the information surrounding the persona (demographics, age, sex, interests, pain points, etc, everything you can think about that will paint a clearer picture of the persona), and the audience personality is part of that information, like a conclusion such as if you had to define the character of that persona which will cover some of the info but not all of it (for example: "Persona A is a shy, quiet person, that likes to investigate for days before taking a decision, he/she is very cautious and needs to be convinced on a professional and personal level"). Does that make sense to you?
