I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this in depth instruction. It was PERFECT. I'm not sure how we would have figured it out without it. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this. We purchased the part from you guys, it came the very next day and we had it installed within 15 minutes. Great video, great company. Highly recommend!

This step by step video was great. Perfect for someone like me who isn’t very good with tools. My only caution is that the parts on my refrigerator weren’t as easily removed and replaced as it shows here, and I actually needed to get a younger and stronger assistant to help. But then I’m 5’1” and 73 yo.

Hi there. Is it possible to purchase the top guide that is shown at the 5:20 minute part of the video?

Thank You for the video. I am not mechanical at all. Was able to get the door fixed (with my wifes help, lol) and everything installed just as you showed here. Also Appliance pros, Thank you for the parts that were ordered, exactly what we needed.

Thanks for the video. I would not attempt this repair without it. However my refrigerator, RFG297AAWP/XAA, did not have a screwed-on top guide shown at the 5:20 minute part of the video. It had an small tab that was part of the flipper housing before it broke off. I cannot find the top guide as an available part to buy. Nonetheless, the new flipper housing with the mold for the screwed-on top guide seems to work fine without attaching the top guide. Also my refrigerator did not have a spring. I don't ever remember losing or breaking it but all the same the new flipper housing appears to work fine and close tightly without the spring after I lubricated the hinges with a little silicone spray

Be aware when snapping the heater panel back that the white outer housing has quite a bit of give if you need to get the flat head screwdriver in there to bend it open just a little. Thank you so much for this video. What would we have done without it? Just saved $300 worth of service appointments.
