Hello, my washing machine stops at the 1st test with the error 9C2. It doesn't go any further. When I try to start any program, I hear 2 beeps, and nothing happens. I have already tried turning off the power switch in the main outlet to reset the washing machine.

That error code indicates a power error. You will need to make sure you are getting the correct amount of voltage to the unit. If that checks ok you will need to test for power going to and from the main control board. If you have power to the board and nothing coming from it when you set the unit then you will need to replace the board. If you don't have power at the board, but have power to the unit then you have a wiring issue.

This might be my issue. I have a samsung WA40J3000AW/AA 12. It stopped going through cycles. You have to manually select the next cycle.

how often are your replacement rebuilt boards bad? I have a home warranty and sears has replaced two control boards which they say were bad outputs to the touchpad so now they after two months are ordering a third control board. This last tech tried to tell stak that it was usually the touchpad, but they wanted to try a third control board! He actually had to talk to his supervisor to get a new non refurbished board this time. Most companies are training part replacers these days so they don't take the time to check voltages.

Lol im here for the same reason. I have the WA45T3200AW model, haven't found a button combination to turn it off and forum posts say it's soldered to the board under epoxy. Song driving me crazy enough to want to dig it out myself!

I've noticed the new control board has a different brand relay for the door switch. I believe that's what's wrong with my washer. Did you replace this particular one because the door wasn't locking?

I ended up buying the entire control board from you. Will replace relay on old board just for fun and see if I was right. Control board is coated in silicone so it's very hard to service.

i hate these junk computer washers..i swapped the control board and water valves from a junk washer into a same model washer now the lid is locked and wont open...lock light lit up even when turned off
