@@samuelbrown8164 our court system failed me and my daughter. Her mom works with the courts and is something of a pathological liar. I dumped everything I had into trying to get a fair visitation and lost. Represented myself and got screwed by the end of it. Fathers rights don’t exist without represntation

I wish I had watched this 3vyears ago. Im in tears I wanna Buy into full program. I am disabled, Living on less than 1k a mon. Attnys have ruined life. And Damned my financial stability. The Pro-Se Way is my only option. I have attnys recorded and documented breaking Rules of professional conduct and using my disability to play against me.

What if you have an attorney, that has all the evidence on the other parent and praises you for your research. Then shows up to court 5 minutes before trial, then tells you she does not want to attack mom though you only ask to present the evidence.Attorney does not present the evidence or defend you against. The other attorney attacks you and present your picture evidence. You file with the BAR and provide the evidence and email correspondence. The bar response in 24 hours and say they are not going to pursue. What can you do?

I know this video is old, but I just found it after a year and half into a custody case for my now 13 year old daughter refused to go back to live with her mom. She told her therapist that her mom lies and has thrown flip flops at her. She's told her mom several times that she doesn't want to live with her, but her mom refuses to listen and allow her live here. Trial was set today we had a custody conference for about a 1/2 hour that got no where. I'm freaking out at the future cost of going to trial after everything so far has cost me so much already. What do I do? Help.
