Love your work. I love your opinion when a judge gives you 50/50 physical custody then the mother is mad about the results so she makes false fake claims on DCF and false allegations for a restraining order. Basically trying to see your opinions of fake allegations.

This seems to be very common….false allegations, restraining orders, even calls to police to get someone locked up for an advantage in civil court.

I have flexed myself into being a doormat and it seems to work against me. Now that I am setting boundaries the N spins it as uncoperation.

Yup. Their version of compromise means compliance. Not meeting anywhere close to the middle.

You brought up something that I really want to talk about... could we do a talk together? A PARENT fit willing and able should have the child before ANYONE ELSE if she or he desires especially if the other parent is working.

is this your situation? This is my boyfriends exact situation. The child’s mother works and my boyfriend works from home. He wasn’t first right of refusal so that he can have his child while she works instead of him being in daycare or at a babysitters. She only lest him have him every other weekend and sometimes refuses the weekend

Especially someone who lost parenting rights and moved from another state. We won’t talk about that 😢

@shinebright8313 yes , I sacrificed everything and moved to follow my ex to where he was ordered to go just so that we could co-parent because I separated from him while we were still in the previous state and he turned around and hit me with custody papers that he had been planning for some time because he's an abuser and a narcissist among many other things. He had his mommy and daddy move in with him from a different state so that they could all try angulate and parental alienate me from my daughter. He goes to work 5 days a week and has been giving her to them instead of me even though I moved to the same state as him with not a single soul that I knew and giving up my career just so that I could raise my daughter. I definitely believe that the child should be with the other parent before anyone else unless both agree that they should go to a daycare or a school. Sometimes these places are good for the child but it was his clear goal to try to take Eden from me. He filed for full custody for no reason I had never taken care of her a day in his life except for maybe a couple hours and then when I went out of town for three nights out of 2 years on a work trip. He's just completely out of his mind he's like the worst abuser and narcissist you could possibly imagine.

If I lived out of state from my child could I ask to fly in to his state once a month and have weekends with him at a hotel or would a judge allow him to be flown to my state to see me once a month for a weekend? I’m in Florida he’s in Arizona and 9 years old.

Is there a way to bring an expert into family court without a lawyer? I can’t afford one and have been back and forth so many times-as they give him warnings and the specifications get deeper. He consistently gaslights and using my daughter against me (even though he barely sees her) he will refuse to pick her up and if I’m unable to bring her to him then I’m keeping her from him etc. he tells me he is filing police reports, etc but I haven’t been notified. I am intending on going back full force. Another question-am I able to retain the transcribed court documents as well?
