Great step by step video.😊👏 You always talk about the upper arch witch is really important👍 but I miss seeing you educate people about the strength of the inner c-curve. That is such a great bonus that you get when you fit a form right. But if you file the sides on a pre-made tip you often loose that vital inner strength. I know that you also know all about it. So my wish is to also hear more about the great c-curve combined with the upper arch 😉😘 Tfs guys 💕💕

How would you reduce the heat spike with a regular lamp?
@youngnailsinc4 жыл бұрын
The burning sensation is common with hard gel because it is the product reacting to the light. The product is racing to cure itself bottom to top inside out so on thin nails or if there is a lot of product you will feel a burn. Best way to eliminate this is by flash curing. Meaning less exposure to the light at first, our universal lamps have a dimming setting that emits 1/2 power, if your lamp doesn’t have this setting you can achieve the same thing by “teasing” their hand in the light as in go in & fully back out 3-5 times before going all the way in. I used to explain it to clients like a really hot bath, jump straight in & it’s scorching but lightly inch your way in it’s fine.

Is it possible to shorten a sculpted stiletto without losing its structure ??
@youngnailsinc4 жыл бұрын
Somewhat especially if it is just slightly shortened but honestly often the slender shape of the stiletto is lost if shortening substantially

Greg specifically says to not remove the dispersion layer as we are building strength; what if the client touches her fuzzy sweater (or whatever) and you HAVE to remove that uncured layer, how do I make sure the next layer adheres properly to the next layer? Filing to make sure there is texture on the layer I had to clean/wipe off? Tyfs!! ❤️
