1) The hardest part of my day is over at 7:30am.
2) I think it's important to start your day with a mind + body connection.
All of this helps me think faster, act quicker, and be more decisive and productive throughout my entire day - i.e. makes me more successful.

If it is 5pm and your're done with work, don't work another hour because "you feel it" and you could "do a little bit more". Go home to your wife, to your friends, to your kids, whatever. LIVE that extra hour. Because if you lose that because you worked all the time, you're gonna end alone (I really hope that doesn't happen to you!!!). I don't tell you how to live, I just know you from some videos. But keep that in mind! Work, Money, Success,... These are not the cornerstones (can you say that?) of life. Don't live to work, but work to live!
