2 Reasons I work Out In The Morning:
1) The hardest part of my day is over at 7:30am.
2) I think it's important to start your day with a mind + body connection.
All of this helps me think faster, act quicker, and be more decisive and productive throughout my entire day - i.e. makes me more successful.
