2:13 They keyboard I'm trying to connect doesn't make the thingy light up green. FL recognizes when I'm playing the keyboard, but it doesn't plays it "inside" the program, I can still hear my keyboard as if it wasn't connected.

@kevindurag5116 I have no idea actually, it just started making sound despiste the green thing not lighting up. Turn your piano's sound to 0 and make sure you have a Sampler, you may be playing your piano's notes too lightly, being the reason why you can't hear them

It sounds like u just need to right click the recording button on fl and tell the recording filter to record notes and not audio, then u just need to record yourself playing the piano in a selected pattern, don’t know if that’s ur issue tho

does what you play show up in piano roll as a note/chord? That is what I am looking for. Something that I can still play an actual keyboard/synth, but also edit the piano roll on the computer if needed.
