I made a whole bunch of these bags of different sizes with Christmas fabric to wrap family and friends gifts. My family knows to return the bags to me at the end of the festivities! My brother loves them so much that he requested a set for his family! It cuts down on wrapping time and on the garbage on Christmas morning for sure! Thank you for the tutorial!

I just made this bag and I love it!! This has to be the best drawstring bag tutorial because your directions are very clear and well-put! I even checked out your blog, which helped me add lining to the inside of my bag. I am so satisfied with the results and now I have a big enough bag to store all my makeup palettes, brushes, and tools to take on the go. Thank you so much!

Someone gifted me something like that bag many many years ago. I remember looking inside of that bag all the time while playing with toys that I kept in it, and I really loved how well made it was. I had to learn how to sew because of that bag. It was a draw string bag but it had a lining in it, and it had four zipper pockets on the inside through the lining, and then four more pockets on the outside of the bag. I had so much fun with that thing! But I did wear it out. And I'm learning myself how to install zipper pockets so I can make a bag like that one I loved when I was a kid.
