Uniqueness of sushi is in hand, manually maneuveing rice & ingredients, which adds up extra taste! An exquisit, delicate balance can be obtained only through a long period of practice! We japanese are aware of it, too obvious to remember, but this excellent video lecture is a good reminder of the basic. Increased appetite for both nigiri itself & challenge!

Excelente explicação. No Brasil, sushi virou febre, porém, é apenas um simples bolinho de arroz com uma fatia de 刺身, basicamente de salmão ou atum, infelizmente.
