Just a word of advice for those doing the Tepig hunt using the chargestone cavern reset method. Just be aware that it is NOT like a Pokemon Center reset where all Pokemon de-spawn when you see the title of the cavern. As you're heading back into the cavern, Tepig further away de-spawn but you also get a few respawns even when heading into the cave. I almost missed my shiny because of this. Just something to be aware of😊

For mudkip if you go in to the torchlit labyrinth through the savanna biome entrance and you go up the hill after a water type sandwich right before you enter the first room there’s a spot on the ramp where they start to flood in at the back of the room .

Not the best but I did get a shiny totodile with a water shiny sandwich at the bigger pond and used the isolation method to get it, it’s a slow grind but worked for me, good luck w your hunts 🙏🏽

Have you tried using sandwiches? It does very much seem Encounter Power helps with finding types of outbreaks. So a Fire-type sandwich would likely fix the issue.@@spymaster1

You can most certainly picnic reset isolate hunt cyndaquil, currently doing it as I speak (type) 😂 go up to the middle ledge and there is a specific spot you can picnic. Then back against the wall towards the left corner of the ledge, they'll start spawning in, wait a moment then check the spawns. No shiny? Rinse and repeat

For charmander, you can go up the ramp, then go in the tunnel for a bit to reset spawn, works like a town reset method.

So far I’ve gotten Grookey and Sobble so I could complete my shiny starters in Galar Region, (I Masada’d scorbunny a while back) I also got Bulbasaur since it was a super easy hunt just running around, took me 15 minutes. :)

I got Bulbasaur, Chikorita and Grookey with just one Grass-type Sandwich. The cliff above Chikorita's recommended area is actually an isolated Grookey spawn.

I don’t think you can get mass outbreaks for starters, I haven’t seen anyone get them. Best way to get the shiny starters is sparkling sandwich level 3 resets

I couldn’t get the treecko hunt to work. I’m sure it’s something I’ve done, but I have a lvl 3 sparkling power sand which. I have the bio diversity for this bio dome unlocked but when I try to do the method of driving off the cliff with my flying Pokémon the Pokémon just falls. And the treecko never spawn in. I’ll just get 1 or 2 to spawn

Hunting for a shiny marked female Popplio for my Indigo Disk team. Even changed the date on my Switch to my birthday for better odds of getting any mark whatsoever. I'm 31 Popplio down (resetting every time a sandwich ends) and I am suffering. Previously I walked around the beach but I guess I'll try just standing in place and picnic resetting.

You don't get an increased chances of mark pokemon for having it on your birthday. There's only one mark that has a chance of coming out on a pokemon when it's your birthday in game (forgot the name)

I decided to get shinies of all of the mons that have gender differences. i actually did get super lucky with my masuda in the older games and got my self a female venasuar, female meganium, and female torchic already.
