Thanx J for explaining the angle cut & the twist - I saw a vid where the guy said about the angle cut & to use HARD plastic tubing, not soft, but didn't say why. I've had 2 cars that have been written off with near full tanks & I've been unable to get the gas out - (I'm a cheap bastard some say but I can't STAND letting 10 - 14 gallons @ $11.00 a gallon walk away !!) Gunna try this out on my old Mazda . . .for future reference !!

I forgot how long but it is definitely long enough. I cut off some of the excess hose since it was too long
