Alarm clock wakes us up during rem sleep cycle. Keep alarm for sleep time not for waking up.! Avoid heavy eating before 3-4 hours of sleep Tea coffee chocolate before 4 hours of sleep. Avoid alcohol Bedroom temperature should be around 22⁰c The ambient light in bedroom. The room should be gadgets (TV, mobile, Laptop etc)free Go to bed when your already sleepy. Avoid exercising before 4 hours of sleep it increases blood flow and body temperature
