I know how painful it is for being sleepless. I'm a person who sleeps very hard. Until later, try to take a warm shower before going to bed, make the room dark, and finally find the sound of the atmosphere to lull to sleep. Which for me is very helpful it prevented me from thinking to much and falling asleep. So I started by listening to it and remembering what kind of sound I liked. Until now, I started make clips by myself. In hopes of helping others. Let's open up and listen. I wish you a good night to wake up ready to begin a new life.

Anjiee D I’m a 10th student and I only get 6 hours of sleep I don’t use any social media at night I sleep at 10pm and wake up at 4am my teachers also recommend that 6hr sleep is maximum for students and they shouldn’t sleep much and then why r u blaming students. My friend in schools and in neighbourhood also don’t use much social media I blame to our education system and schools not on students

1. Stop using phone 2 hours before sleep 2. Take a luke worm bath before bed 3. Meditate before sleep 4. Use your bed only for sleeping.. nothing else 5. Massage your legs feet with some natural oil like coconut 6. Write down about your fear, tension and all negative thoughts on a paper.after that clear your mind.don't think anything negative. 7. Have a fixed time for sleep everyday. 8.before sleep have some quality time with family and friends. 9. Make a to do list before bed 10. Go to bed with completely empty stomach 11. Read good fictional books before bed 12. Keep your room dark as much as possible 13. Wear a fixed lose cotton dress/have a night dress 14. Don't drink coffee or tea or any kind of energy drink and stimulating things 15. Use a sllik cover on pillow 16. Use a nice fregrence or sent before sleeping...try to use a fixer sent 17. Try to keep your room cool 18. Go to sleep with gratitude 19. Get enough sunlight 20. Brush your teeth before sleep 21. Listening some Clam and sweet music 22. Do some work out in morning

My rule for instant sleep : Before 1 hour of sleeping , start doing the boring or calory loosing exercises (that will make you tired to fall asleep )thing that makes you fall asleep😴. Like study (i.e., boring for me)😁... I do physics numericals before 1 hour of sleeping time and it makes me fall asleep 💤💤💤💤

Sharing what I learnt and experienced to get a good night's sleep: 1) smear some coconut oil on the soles of your feet. Wear socks to avoid soiling the bed. 2) apply vicks vaporub on your eyelids. Close your eyes while you apply. Any one of the above will put you to sleep. Apply top down.
