Adorable, years ago like twenty maybe I saw a huge panel that someone had done that was a whole forest and then animals etc underground and this just brought that memory back and I think I'll make something similar. Unfortunately, I don't remember the artists name, lots of beautiful embroidery and detail. All my knots will be on the front I think as an accent. So excited to start. I had found like 100 fat quarters at a garage sale years ago and haven't done anything with them because they were darker colors and baliks, now I know what to do. Looking forward to checking out everything on your channel, first time watcher, now subscriber.

Thank you. That’s interesting, I’ve never really enjoyed using a sewing machine. It was something that I endured to get the result that I wanted. Now I sew clothes by hand. If you are interested I have an underwater stitching project that is available with a small monthly subscription. @@mistikomakes I’ve lost my heart to the idea of starting a piece based on things in my garden (including the vegetable bed we’ve just made.) I’m embracing the idea of a slow project that doesn’t have to have an end date, and where the process is as much of a reward as the finished piece.

I'm soooo looking forward to this...a little slow stitching each and every night to calm my mind and end each day with beautiful, cheerful colors!
