Do NOT "Allow for significant time for the paint to dry before removing tape from your trim". That is wrong methodology. Remove any masking as soon as you are able to do so, that way the paint doesn't dry and peel pain from the finished surface along with the tape/masking. When it is still wet, it will come off with out damaging the finished surface and the lines will still be crisp.

some info for beginners helpful. cut in corners but go up an down not side to side unless u like stripes. I use graco 1095 highboy. run two guns. but rarely... I use 1221 tip or 1223 tip for Interior walls 2 ft fan hide lines. 310 or 312 green finish tips for all trim work. doors 515. exterior manly 517 side to side. but up an down for vertical running siding with a Texas two coat "back roll" I can spray a house out in one day if one person's in front of me masking windows or doors. only 2 people on job site. 2 easy days. 2 1/2 days for brand new Interiors....taking off doors an hardware, masking floors,cabinets, puddy nail holes, caulk all new trim n door casings, shoot trim and doors..reverse masking to protect trim work shoot body an then drape walls to blow out the ceiling.... easy right?

if you have a thicker paint base you should pull your triming almost instantly so you prevent peeling!

To achieve the air pressure correctly, we can adjust the air pressure control gauge and reading the number on it. To achieve the width spread correctly, we can adjust the spreader adjustment valve and measure how width it is (by inch or cm). To achieve the correct distance between gun and the surfave, we can measure it (by inch or cm). But how to achieve the correct fluid debit or velocity? What is the best indication / direction in adjusting the fluid control and how to know if the volume of the fluid's spray is right and properly? (whether is too much or too little?)

Lol I spray commercial vehicles for a living and always seeing what techniques are out there but you can't use this because all the overspray will build up on the edges if you don't flick your wrist outwards to avoid overspray build up

Question..I'm painting inside a warehouse,half the walls are block,no problem,but the other half is new board,which I already primed. The paint for the 12' walls is semi-gloss finish. duaneu- dude you should always trigger your gun so you pump catches up, even if you have a great rig it will prevent wearing out your airless but we have occasions when you have long strokes but doors or cars you know.

Well plenty my husband sprays for living and actually is showing me. He always told my to spray keep it consistent not making so many different strokes. Examples up and down. And that's all this video he spray everywhere that's going to look blotchy. If it was out side then yeah you can do horizontal because depending on the crackes or details of the song or garage doors but just where you see the crack and continue to spray up and down. And the removal of tape should be removed like a couple minutes after not to long but if you do decide to wait to can pass the putty knife or a box cutter to where the line meets the tape and then slowly peal the tape away from where you paint not towards .
