Hi Offiong, great having you on my channel! It's liquid glucose (it's thick, sticky and shiny), mostly sold in cake shops and used in baking and decorating. (Just ask any cake shop owner for liquid glucose and you will be given... It is also used for making fondant... I use "mekang" brand.) The powder one is the medical one used by Doctor's recommendations. So they are separate things entirely but called same name. I hope I did justice to your question?
