Hopefully you can afford young decent help before long, the extra responsibility helps sometimes, im just getting into the realm of ocassional help... best advice i was given thus far on employees, take someone elses employees because most the people really wanting to work are doing it, help people down on their luck more latee whwn you can afford it, home depot, lowes, fast food, just talk to people and look for the sparkle in peoples eye when you talk to people about whatever field your in. It takes few words to inspire younger people sometimes and if they know that their potential earnings is directly tied to how they perform and their productivity. And that it wont be instant but if they hang in there and do good that more money flow will come then they will feel more incentivised! Teach them to be the employee that they would hire, if they can wrap their head around it then it could be most helpful in the longterm, try to be good about complimenting, it doesnt take much to make people feel cared about!

I went from being hospitalized from a combat related injury back in 2010 to my business last year hitting almost 250 grand and projected 50 grand more this year. Spent so many days years ago sweating in 100 degrees building retaining walls and landscape beds. I did it the same way as you and when I thought about giving up years ago I turned to your videos and it gave me so much motivation to keep going and pushing. That was years and years ago when you first started and geek to freak was a thing too. I had/have all the experience you need but only a regular car,leafbags rake and shovel. Around 2 years after I got a good truck,landscape trailer,all powertools you'll ever need for gardening with all their attachments and also some good walkbehing mowers. No luck,no handouts,almost no debt at all either..Just hard and proper work and planning. This year is looking great already! This video, this one video changed my life. Keith, the genuine relate and the feeling I felt watching this was astounding, I watched this video a year and some change ago and it motivated me to start at 23. I’m visiting some family back home and ran into some old friends, we’ve all gone different ways some to school, some still working the dead end jobs they asked how I did it? Where did I start? I had to take a step back and remember for a minute, I started knocking on doors after work and on weekends till my phone started ringing, downside is it doesn’t stop! I answered after some thought and pulled this video up at dinner “this is how”. I can’t thank you enough for sharing, I’ve been so caught up in running around that I haven’t been able to pause and reflect, times flying by, watching this again recently is motivating me to start a channel hopefully I can impact someone’s life as much as you did mine, I am so thankful man, genuinely 🍻 -Mat

Big jump from the hit I took during the “covid” summer last year. I needed to see this video. I still do a large amount of the hard labor while training fleeting employees. The minute you said you prayed to God to get you out, I knew it was gonna work out for you. I think most people spend years in a miserable situation just because they are too stubborn or have too must pride to just take a knee and ask God for help. The single most important step you can take in life is asking God (Abba) for strength and then having the courage that he already created you with the skills necessary to survive. We forget that sometimes. I just started my own business and somedays I dread Im not gonna make it and some days its great. Its easy to forget man God will get you through. Haven’t watched you much don’t know you. But I want to start a business bc I’m tired of what I do for a living. And you look like you meant every word you went through it and made it and for that I am proud of you. And I one day too will be as successful as you. You are a savior

Dude I just want to say I fucking love you, this video has meant so much to me right now, I’m right where you were right now. I have a child great job by broke 24/7. Can’t get ahead and SO!!!!! Tired of doing the same repetitious tasks at this fucking tire factory. I’m waiting on taxes and I’m using some money to buy a decent hedge trimmer to start up extra income that I can use not only to get ahead but get out of this dark place that I’m in. The other half of the money I’m using to get caught up on bills with but still no savings and it scares the shit out of me. This video has sparked a huge fire under me, I’m not scared I have sales experience and I’m going to put it to use and make this happen. Thank you so much for this content ❤️💪🏻

I quit my sprinkler job after about 20years of being stuck making dogshit money but before I did I started buying the tools and parts and a work truck for a year set up my llc started checking items off the list until I could afford to quit my job then I started knocking on doors and handing out door hangers. I got a compressor just in time for blow outs put half down on a trencher and now I’m 6 months in and gearing up for spring with a list of jobs I picked up doing blowouts. Im overwhelmed but compared to the dread of being stuck in a dead end I’m pretty happy about it. I’m taking the leap with hope that great risk brings great rewards. After billing $10000 in October alone I have some confidence that this will work

Great job man. 👏 I have been talking about you and sharing your videos. I have learned how to create a bond with customers. Although I'm a CDL A driver now. I have a backup lawn guy to take care of my customers. This will be my future when I retire from driving.

Keith, what a coincidence! I actually bought a shovel today 😆 to shovel some soil for my green gardening class that started last week! My homework assignment was to find out what type of soil, the texture, etc. from two different locations. The class is more for those who are in landscaping or have their own business. I’m the only one in the class with zero experience. I have to start somewhere!

Is it online?
@FOREVERLY3 жыл бұрын
@@angelostevenson9106 It used to be in person, but because of covid it’s online. At the end of the course I’ll receive a certificate, and if I had a business they’ll help advertise it. Google local gardening class. Good luck 🍀
