I am interested in recruiting because after 15 years of business experience, one thing remains the toughest part no matter the industry and that is hiring. Wish I had seen this back in January when I got laid off. I tried doing contract work and split recruitment and nothing is working because the agencies I work with contract with terrible clients who never want to pay out and steal our candidates. So frustrated.
