When he said he needs permits and then he says permission from the owner. Does that mean if you have permission from the owner, you don’t need permits or you still need to have permits and whenever you want to park somewhere where you have to have permission from the owner as well.???

Buddy. All of this is fluff. Give me paper work. Give me licenses. Give me actual steps. This is absolutely nothing. You could tell he didn’t want to give any information. Understandable. Don’t want competition, but don’t crap in my face and call it rain.

I own 5 food truck in 3 cities that are in 2 counties in California, let me break it down for you. Get off your ass and think you can get a business plan from KZbin. You already have a bad habit you need to work on. Federal, state, counties and local cities laws and ordinances vary from place to another. I live in CA, we got more then 95% of the USA. I started off washing dishes and got to where I am at by reading all laws and ordinances and when I don't understand something I go to a food truck industry lawyer to answer my stupid questions but I did all the work to get here getting paid minimum wage and saving up. No one will hold your hand. If you can't even do the paperwork, you aren't cut for this industry. This industry, especially taco trucks are cutthroat. No one will help you because they aren't stupid they see that you open a taco truck that's a hit and next week 2 more pop up next to you or across the street. You do things legally, you pay people right and then have 2 others do it illegally, undercut you, pay people with no papers less then minimum wage and make the place hot for health inspectors and police in major cities because then they might even sell beers and other things on the side.
