I may not be the most disciplined person right now, but there’s a quote that’s helping me in my journey: “We all must suffer one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. Consider the disciplines because disciplines weigh ounces; regrets weigh tons.” Great video!

A great quote indeed! Here's another one that I like to think of regularly: "Whether it's the best of times or the worst of times, it's the only time we've got." Art Buchwald

Great advice. Well thought out and awesome delivery. I think what hit me was the recognition of a past identity. Letting it go to create a new one is a challenge but the benefits of staying consistent with it are worth way more than walking away and giving up.

I completely agree with the fact that we need to chase the pain. We need to accept that starting anything new will be painful for a while, until we get used to it. Just keep pushing!

Dude, you're doing exactly the kind of content I want to do in the near future. Subscribed and hope you're able to grow fast! The quality of the information and also the videos themselves are very high. Hope I can do something close to it someday.

I'm kinda over guys who think that being productive and consistent is to take cold showers everyday. Like really? Could anyone be a bit different and not do the same? Other than that, great video.
@MilesMochizuki6 ай бұрын
It's staying consistent with the little habits like cold showers that'll determine whether you stay productive and consistent with the big ones

@@MilesMochizuki wtf, even if I don't agree with what he said cause I find this video helpful and i think there is quality in your channel I don't think what he uploads matters, if this is his point of view just ignore it, ask why or try to explain that it's not motivation bull like he said. I don't think ranloresca proved his point by just shitting about his content because it's irrelevant, thats not how people grow up and become better. That's just a friendly thought.
