Qigong with Kseny, I have a question 😀... what does it signify if when you are inhaling through the nose, and the breath feels icy cold? It happens a lot for me... I just wondered why or if this will change if I keep practicing... thank you ☺️
@qigongwithkseny4 жыл бұрын
Hi there, thanks you it’s a good question. What you can do is at the beginning of your practice or just before the breathing sequence rub the sides of the nose until it’s warm (not too crazy), then the end of the nose itself and the center of the forehead, see if you feel any different. Cheers

Hello Kseny! Thank you so much for all the good “ stuff” you present! How do we know if our QI is strong or weak? I remember reading an article in where it was mentioned that is not recommended to circulate an weak QI... don’t remember exactly but something along the line that QI first needs to be tonified; I am wondering what is your opinion? Thanks much!
@qigongwithkseny3 жыл бұрын
Hi Mihaela, thank you for taking the time to write. It can be the case especially when our energy resources are depleted. Dynamic exercises are designed to move the energy throughout the body, but when the energy is low ( weak), there is not much to move. In that case, it's a good idea to replenish ( tonify) the energy resources first thought breathing or meditative exercises in order to move it after. I hope this helps. Have a good week!
@mihaelacernat57373 жыл бұрын
@@qigongwithkseny , thank you So much!! Would you recommend some specific breathing exercises or some meditations ? I guess this is my case, my energy, in general, is so low that I can hardly do even mild Qigong exercises. Thanks again!!
