Since you have highlighted /coloured and non virgin hair you should always use heat protectant -olaplex number 7 oil mixed with number 6 a little goes a long way . Also since you’ll be using a lot of products then once every two weeks you need to use clarifying shampoo

Lot of other factors are responsible for hairfall. Eating heating products like garlic ginger spices, cooking in non stick, aluminium leads to thyroid issues which is the main cause of hairfall, not getting enough iron, selenium, other trace minerals. Too much estrogen also causes hairfall. Applying anything on top doesnt nake much difference. It is the roots of the hair which absorb nutrition for our blood and help hair strengthen or grow.
