1) eat slowly 2) avoid distractions while eating 3) meal planning 4)minimise stress around eating 5)portion your food 6) incorporate fibre 30g/day 7) incorporate protein in your diet with every meal 8) keep fats and sugar on the low 9) don't snack between meals 10) eat regular meals 11) get enough sleep 12) drink plenty of water Seek medical help if: 1) you get indigestion symptoms 2) you want to or you actually throw up after too 3) you feel guilty after food 4) you loose weight for no apparent reason 5) you have difficulty swallowing 6) you put on weight very easily

I'll be honest, I'm not a planner when it comes to my food because I'm really into intuitive eating and when I plan meals far in advance, I end up not wanting the foods I have planned and then I'm back to square one. What I do, though, to combat this, is I have readily available snacks with me practically at all times. So in my kitchen I know that there are a few options to grab if I am suddenly STARVING that are a better option than something like take-out. I also make it easier to pick the better options in my pantry than it is to get binge-able foods. For example, I don't have a lot super calorie dense foods in my house because I know that that is setting myself up for failure. But I DO have a bunch of fruit, vegetables and hummus, baked chips, nuts, etc. that I can grab easily. If I wanted something like french fries or other binge-triggering foods, I would have to leave my house to go get them, which makes it that much harder. Our brains are hardwired to go with the path of least resistance, so I purposely make that path a healthier path!

My cholesterol is high so I’ve changed my eating habits to lower it. This morning I had my first dose of the oxford covid vaccine and so far I’m feeling fine. I said to them at the vaccination centre after they’d done it this vaccine better behave itself unlike the flu jab which triggers my epilepsy.

I had so much self control in my 20s than now in my 30s I can’t help it. My clothes are getting tighter. I don’t have a soda problem and I drink alcohol once a week on Friday. Now Every time I see a del taco or McDonald’s I stop and get something nothing big though I was never like this at all 😭😭😭

It feels like my hormones fail to do their job. I'm not super skinny, I get at least 10,000 steps a day, do cardio and strength training. But to be at maintenance calories feels like a total chore. I have to eat such small portions and keep telling myself "its okay I'll get to eat another meal soon" I feel hungry all damn day I can only handle this for so long! I want to feel satiated :(

ive gone from 200+ to 160 lbs like 3 times in my life.. i bought a mega pack of FiberOne bars and when i get hungry i just eat one, chew it slowly and enjoy the tasty chocolate and texture, then.. wait.. and yes like the video said i feel more full and its like 180 calories. then ill eat like a hot pocket or probably two as my big meal of the day im sure i took it slow when i first started my diet but the big part is putting in the 1) eat 2) wait system. im really short and work requires very little to no exercise so i understand i dont need that many calories to function. when i think "im hungry" i go, "i live in america i really dont know what real hunger is like" also a bag of pretzels to snack on, barely any calories, fun to eat and cant really eat a whole bag becaues pretzels.

I have a really slow thyroid. I supposedly burned 1267 calories but gained 2.2 pounds in 8 weeks and that intake is miniscule. 600 cal dinners is almost a catastrophe. Cooking from scratch is tough as there's no room for error. I walk 60 minutes slowly which burns nothing 44-calories. I suspect the metabolic test is wrong. It's annoying as weight gain doesn't seem to match or I was even lighter to start with. I have a bmi of 20. Don't really want it creeping up to 25. I only gained the 1.5 due to rock bottom energy levels. A sandwich nope. I'm very carefully not to exceed a certain level and it's ballpark figure. I like butter. Yikes. I do no exercise. My advise take an average and also don't buy it in the first place.

The low fat advice is not good for people who are protien and fat metabolic. Our bodies need protien and fat in order to substain. Thats why keto works for some people. But you have to make sure it is healthy fat.
