No. I have spent months in jail for false citations on my bicycle because I pointed my camera at police who didn't know how to respond. I taught all the cops in the South Bay about the first amendment. Ruined my credit and driving record in the process because like we just discussed...I refuse a fucking dime to these bitches. Sometimes I refuse to go to court depending on the circumstances. My name is finally clean after several years of defending myself in court with false allegations. This is the first time in many years. It lasted about 2 weeks. I picked up 2 cases in 2 bike rides. Not a dumb question. If you watch my videos you will be amazed how many times a person can go to jail for taking a picture. I am not positive but if there was a guiness record I feel like I may have earned it.

In my mid-sized city, the city cops and the county deputies figuratively (perhaps literally, as well) suck each other off on a daily basis, covering for and lying about each others' misdeeds. The other day, a sheriff's deputy who, unbeknownst to me, lives two blocks from my house was in front of me in his cruiser, taking the same route that I do after I pick up my son at school. He was driving erratically, hitting the curb several times, speeding, and, worse, almost hitting children in a crosswalk. I kept to my daily route, until I noticed the deputy turning left one block before I usually turn. Annoyed by his dangerous driving, I stopped across the street from a driveway that he pulled into. I rolled down my window and asked the deputy for a business card that included his name, rank, badge number, and contact information. He gave me the card willingly, then asked me why I requested it. When I conveyed my observations, he turned beet red and lost it. He screamed at me for "following" him (which was untrue) and told me to never drive on the public road in front of his house or park on "his" street ever again. When he jotted down my tag number, I flipped him off, called him a "raging asshole", and drove off. The real surprise came at around ten in the evening, when two lieutenants from the local bunch of morons that make up the city police force showed up at my door, scaring my wife and beloved autistic child. The male lieutenant immediately began berating me, calling me stupid (IQ: 168, PhD in clinical psychology), mentally ill ( I had mild depression decades back, which was successfully treated), and a drug addict (I have never used drugs, other than the occasional beer or Single-malt). He would not let me give my side of the encounter, because, he said, I would just lie. He became enraged when I answered "yes" to his question about whether I thought that a cop would ever lie. He then told me that, if I ever flipped off any cop in the city, I would be arrested and charged with "disturbing the peace", a local ordinance that refers to music and verbal volume, saying nada about curse words or giving the finger. Horrifyingly, he also said that, if I was ever seen driving on the deputy's street, he would take great joy in personally arresting me. When I asked what the charge would be, the motherfucker said, "terroristic threats". I have never and would never threaten a cop in any manner, even obliquely. For this scrawny twat of a lieutenant to threaten me in this way and talk down to me continuously was clearly upsetting to me, as this all took place over three weeks ago, and it still pisses me the hell off. It was pure and simple intimidation and harassment from city cops in support of a county deputy. Oh yeah, no surprise, but the official incident reports bear only the most tenuous relationship to what actually happened, and, conveniently, the police audio was faulty and unusable, and the body cams were not on.what a shocker. Thanks, Daniel, for continuing to bring the duplicity and vengefulness of some LEOs to light.

You know, the easiest way to get rid of that ticket is to add a light to the Bicycle, take a picture of it and then go to court and show them that a light has been added.... they will drop the ticket... well, some courts would do it. Reagan: In Texas if a officer believes you may have committed a crime and he can articulate those reasons in a court of law, he has the right to stop you and investigate. This includes obtaining you name, DOB and other pertinent information to determine if you indeed committed a crime or did not. That is how criminals are caught. If police did not have this authority then you would complain that the police are not doing their job. To be fair, do some officer go beyond their scope of authority? I'm sure there are and that is because officers are human and some overstep either accidentally or in some cases intentionally. LEO's don't like badge heavy cop either because it makes the job much harder when dealing with people like you that believe all cop are A-Holes.

There is people everywhere, walking up and down the streets with small children. That is unexceptable. It's just right down rude!

But why would you do that? Why would anyone do that? No one really does. This guy admits he does all this to make money by subscribers and what not. Winning law suits and such. Truth be known, law enforcement is the biggest gang there is. Why mess with them.
