How to stop the emotional abuse in a relationship with a narcissist

You cannot stop it. The less you respond, the more they ramp it up. They have no real love to give so there is nothing to take. If they would love they would be accountable and not that abusive.

Interesting comment zion thanks for watching. I also believe if the narcissist continues to persist in their wrong doings or abusive traits then its best to leave that relationship that's how you stop it. or sometimes when there left alone they could eventually realize who they are and maybe snap out of it
