How Can we make like this for day to day ? Week 1 Tuesday Stretching strength exercise , endurance exercise , Gong bu punch Ma bu punch MB - GB w/ punch (Milestones: 20, 30, 40 | Goal: 50 non-stop) Zheng Ti Tui / Front Stretch Kick (Milestones: 20, 30, 40 | Goal: 50 non-stop) Dan Pai Jiao / Front Slap Kick (Milestones: 20, 30, 40 | Goal: 50 non-stop) Pu Bu Chang Zhang / High to Drop Stance (Milestones: 10, 20, 30 | Goal: 40 non-stop) Wu Bu Quan / 5 Stance Form (Milestones: 5, 10, 15 | Goal: 20 non-stop) Is that every drill keep changing or some of drill should routine for everyday ?
