@@hamer22 i was super nervous going into the exam! literally was crying (wish that was a lie but sadly not!) so vr and dm went worse than usual but i pulled it back in the later sections and got 2910 overall which i’m really happy with :) good luck for yours!

I did some bad mocks too, try not to let it get in your head.. you’ve got to show up tomorrow and give it your best shot, don’t think “what if”, Just do your best and when you have your score you can figure out what’s next! GOOD LUCK!! 🤞🏼 😊

@@numpty9577 Apply to unis that look at a LOW UCAT score or those that don’t look at it much at all. For example, if you have a good amount of A*s at GCSE, some prioritise academic record over UCAT (Cardiff for example). Also, some unis will automatically reject those with Band 4 SJT, so make sure to do your research as it won’t be worth applying to these. Consider doing BMAT and applying to unis that look at this exam.

Hello, hope you are doing well. I have one question concerning the scoring of the decision making section. As we all know, this section has some short questions and some relatively long ones, I just wanted to know if they are all scored the same or if some are worth more points than others. They are all worth the same! but you can also get partial marks, similar to situational judgement.

The questions with 5 yes or no statements are worth 2 marks, if you get 4 out of 5 you get 1 mark

Hi I got 2700 today and I have been crying for hours now. I’m someone who dreams of going to kings, and I am an Oxbridge candidate at my school, but now I’m feeling like the biggest disappointment ever. Could you please advise me whether I should still apply for ucat schools or just focus on Bmat?

@@ia8090 don’t join the paid courses. I did last year and everything is the same as what is free online. Plus, 2700 is a great score. Apply strategically to Medicine and apply with your strengths. For example, if you have 9 or more A*s at GCSE, apply to unis that rank you on that (for example Cardiff). Sometimes applying to Oxbridge and other high ranked unis will have you regretting it eventually if you are rejected from all. Sad reality about Medicine, so apply strategically. Make sure you’re really good at BMAT if you want to apply to Oxbridge. It’s not an easy test as it may look.

@@ia8090 mate you’re being over dramatic, 2700 pretty much guarantees you an interview in most UK unis as long as you did great in the SJ section, I’m talking about unis that are top 10 worldwide for the most competitive course possible, trust me you’ve got it, also because they haven’t released cut offs
