🟣 HAND ENTRY: allows us to make a weight change as if we were skating.
🟠 THE GRIP WITH THE HIGH ELBOW: By wrapping the water as if you were hugging a barrel during the grip phase, placing the forearm perpendicular to the surface of the water, allowing you to lean on the water to project the body forward, just as than when we anchor our hands on a stair railing.
