Thank you so much for this. I could not for the life of me figure out where that little copper piece went. I'm not sure how taking the clippers apart and putting them back together fixed the problem, but they're working again, so thanks for saving me $70 on a new set!

I just bought a used one of these. It hasn't been used much. The blades were loose, the black holder wasn't in place and the copper thing was off. Luckily, they were all there and I got it all back together. My wife cut my hair and loved the new machine. After watching this, I'm going to go take it all apart again. Now, I know where the copper thing goes. Thanks for the video!!

OMG, ty!! I'm repairing mine because I was stupid and lent them out during the early months of covid and the POS broke the exterior metal blade. Problem was where the fuck does the stupid copper piece go!! Sub and a like, Thanks for the thorough walk through.

If you have any detachable blades for a 76er that are laying around you can take one off of there and use it. It might got fit properly but itll work for time being

Is there any way to remove the metal pole that the pivot wraps around? I’m trying to convert to a cordless and the pole is just in the way.
@josephalejos5443
@josephalejos5443 2 жыл бұрын
You can remove the pivot pole with square plyers and move it in a twisting motion and pull at the same time it'll take a bit of force but its doable

@josephalejos5443
@josephalejos5443 5 жыл бұрын
@@AztecBrown it might be the washer in inside the lever might be to flat that its not giving tension, or that the bottom housing might be stripped that it doesn't hold the lever in place. Try to bend the washer a bit to see if that works if not, then you might need to buy a new housing
