Great lesson. At one point you said, " I looked around for her but it turns out. .." I'm not sure but should we say turned out instead of turns out? Hi, Anil. Good questions! You can use both 'turns out' and 'turned out'. We used 'turns out' here, because the event of her going down the elevator happened at the same time as the person going up. In the second example: 'She said she’d take the train into the centre, so she’ll call me as soon as she arrives,' the action of her saying she would take the train happened in the past, so we use 'she'd'. She promised to call me in the future, so the action of 'calling' is a future action, so we can use 'she'll'. Hope this is useful for you!
