Senators, Business Leaders, and maybe even your neighbor are part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Do you what they believe? Welcome to Unapologetic, where we defend truth without compromise with Dr. Bobby Conway, the One Minute Apologist.

Do you ever doubt your ability to answer bigger than life questions like, “Why do I exist? What is the purpose of life? Can I know God? If so, how? Are miracles possible?” And if God exists what’s with all the evil in the world? Do questions like these ever nag at you? If so, you’ve come to the right channel. I too am a fellow wonderer who thinks about stuff like this.
I (Bobby Conway) am the founder and host of the rapidly-growing ministry, The One Minute Apologist, which is found on KZbin and at oneminuteapologist.com. Here I provide quick, credible answers to apologetic questions that resource people with a hunger to defend their Christian faith. These videos will often include interviews. I’ve had the privilege of interviewing some of the world's leading Christian apologists. Among them are: William Lane Craig, Josh McDowell, Hank Hanegraaff, JP Moreland, Norman Geisler, Frank Turek, and many more.

Once a Mormon has had a revelation you will never get them to leave. That is the problem with people having spiritual experiences, or miracles take place. They will always believe those miracles and experiences were a result of the particular religion they are practicing. I have had religious experience from a variety of practices and religions. Now I know that these were revelations from God, not a particular religion. I have Mormon friend and I let him be. He is much a much better human being them most other Christian’s I know. I will go as far to say that Mormons and Jehovahs witnesses are the most decent and honest people I know. To bad the rest of Christianity won’t use them as examples of how to live a Christian life. Ye shall know them by their fruits. If they produce good fruit, then there is no problem.

These guys need to do a podcast. How to talk to Christians, since depending on which denomination , they all preach a different dogma, and interpret the Bible different. In my opinion the only two Christian denominations worth looking at besides Jehovahs witnesses, and Mormons, are Catholics and Eastern Orthodox.

I am a post-Mormon. Most of my family are all still ardent believers. I guess I would just hope that we would be able to see people's hearts. I think that transcends belief. My Papa is Mormon. He might believe things that are a little strange, but he will go out and shovel the driveway of a half dozen widows after it snows, despite his severe arthritis. My Mama tries to convert people she sees to Mormonism, and thinks I am going to a less than heavenly place for having left, but hasn't bought herself a new piece of clothing in many years - trying to give everything she has to those less fortunate. And Mormonism - it is their compass for having the kind of hearts that do that. Maybe it isn't a perfect compass - but as someone who is far less kind and more selfish despite believing the "right" things - I wonder.... I just lost someone close to me. And it's interesting - like at a funeral - I do not remember or love them based on whether or not they believed the right things. I remember the quality of their heart - the kind things they did. The people they helped. Hopefully you can feel my heart. God bless you both. I know you care - like care so much. And people who care are preciously rare things in this sad old world.

j a, sounds like a great family! And, they sound very sincere. The prayer is that their heartfelt sincerity would find the real Jesus and not the Jesus of Mormonism. God bless!

I am a fairly new christian, but so far I have the idea that the core thing is to have a relationship with Christ. Do Mormons have that relationship? Maybe a lot of the facts are wrong, but I see Christians disputing facts all over the place so I'm not sure how heavily that weighs into the balance of talking about whether someone is actually a Christian or not

@@jenniferthomas1150 Oh, thank you. I think they do. I guess each person's relationship to Christ is unique - but I think they do. I know some awfully good people who are Mormon. One's whose lives are examples of Jesus in a way that mine does not even begin to. To be honest, I try to stay out of the whole "who is or is not a Christian" discussion. Everyone believes differently in that regard - and the thing that matters to me is how Jesus feels about me. I guess I am trying to just look for the good in everyone.

Heads exploded across Christendom when the new world translation, entirely in keeping with Greek grammar, inserted the indefinite article at John1:1c. There Were even false claims that it was the only translation to render the verse thus . Jesus is not a God insisted opponents. Well, here is my question. If Jesus is not a God ,how could he be JEHOVAH. Whom the bible plainly declares to be a God. Deuteronomy4:24ASV"for JEHOVAH thy God is a devouring fire, a jealous God."

Psalms83:18ZASV"18That they may know that thou alone, whose name is JEHOVAH, Art the MOST HIGH over all the earth." Note please that there is but one named JEHOVAH. Note also that this one is the MOST HIGH. Thus if ones God is associated with multiple co'equals (e.g the Trinitarian Jesus). He is not the Lord JEHOVAH.

When Christian’s start become living examples as good as Mormons and Jehovahs witnesses are ,then maybe I’ll listen to your rhetoric . Until then follow the commandments, go to church and stop trying to convert people who are better examples of Christ and Christian love then yourselves. My best friend is a Mormon and he is the most giving and caring person I know. I don’t want to change him or make him follow another religion. My mother is a Jw, again, she is one the kindest, clean living person I know. She has never drank alcohol, never had an addiction problem, was a exemplar mother and wife to my deceased father . I myself practice a mix of Christianity, Buddhism and Taoism. I have found my way using all three practices. If I ever were to become a Christian I would have no problem being a JW, or a Mormon based on the kind of people they are. I could also be an Orthodox Christian. I would never be a Baptist or Protestant. I have a Baptist friend I love but he is very judgmental, critical and political. Plus he and his wife drink to much. My Mormon friend does not use any alcohol, tobacco or drugs nor has my JW mom ever used. I live Mormons and Jw’s. They are the best of people along with Buddhists and Taoist’s.
