Train with me on my app | 7-Day Free Trial | $8.99/mo Go to📲 www.myliftfitness.com IMPORTANT INFO➡️ You will train different muscles throughout a full range of motion. THINK OF IT LIKE THIS: once a muscle carries the weight as far as it can, it passes the work off to another muscle (or group of muscles) to complete the task. Please understand that there is going to be a lot of crossover. These are not necessarily absolute… This is intended to help you know how to direct the *primary focus* of an exercise 👌🏼 Hope this helps!

@Crabbadabba8 күн бұрын
@@Liamgane2 I’m confused about which exercise we were talking about. My point was you might use a little bit of your chest depending on your form or if you’re getting the weight into place, but you should be trying to isolate that front delt.

Upper chest??!!! Lol, that's a front delt exercise
@DavisDiley12 күн бұрын
Nope, that’s why I included it in the video. Below parallel, the upper pec will have better leverage to move weight. Above parallel, the front delt will gain better leverage. Not to say you won’t feel your front delt below parallel, you can. It also depends on how forward you’re actually holding your arm. As your arm creeps out to the side, the less upper pec you’ll use
