Ha.... Only black on black ones. I recently got rid of a third E46 convertible (325Ci). My wife would be quite mad if I bought another 3rd car while she only has 1.

It’s worth the upgrade for the styling alone. Looks night and day better over a regular 3 series. I’ve owned my 04 ZHP coupe for 16 years now and still love it. It’s the best daily driver.

I have a 330ci 2005 convertible my friend has a ZHP convertible and yes I think mine is a little quicker than his ZHP 😂 but the zhp is a better looking car than the regular one

Sir, mine is a '03 Ci. It has, as far as I can tell, all the elements you mention here. The wheels are from an e92, and I'm not sure about the side skirts. How sure are you that ZHP is only from '04 and up? And, is there anything else I can look for to see if it's a ZHP? Also, I don't particularly care if it is or it isn't, my car is super awesome either way. But would be nice to know.

The ZHP SEDAN was available in 2003-2005. The coupes and convertibles were 2004-2006. That's it. If your car is an earlier model then it's not a ZHP. But if it is in those years and you have all the parts. The black trim. The orange needles and higher redline. The cube interior trim, then you have a ZHP.
