I love this video because I needed to be reminded of what is discussed. My frustration is that I don’t necessarily have the funds to get the testing done for myself and family…. Having a good doctor and nutritionist is an even greater challenge. I’m presently doing the “shotgun approach”, which I’m not that comfortable with but that’s what I’ve got for now…..To afford adequate healthcare is gold…..

Same here --- but you do it. You budget. You cut where you can and you'd be surprised, you can. I'm under poverty line, on long term disability from being a healthcare "hero" turned zero, and I was going broke trying to get better after total systems near failure and no medical help for 3 years. I tell you, you CAN. I never had a smart phone, so that helps. I don't do the coffee, nails, hair, etc stuff....don't eat out. It's for your health. I don't have children but I'm disabled, and ha a disabled mom and aging parents, while I"m trying to adopt a struggling child. I get it. It's worth it though, cause things just get worse unattended.

Thank You!!! You are greatly appreciated!!! I stumbled across your video at just the right time!!! I'm 74 and on no medications but, I, like you, believe most health issues are a result of nutrient deficiency. (I only take Vit. D3, magnesium, and K2 mk7). So to stay healthy, I wanted to check my nutrient levels and was willing to pay out of pocket to have my levels checked (supposed to cost $400.00 for blood work) - (I am a Canadian but, our medical coverage is for treating disease so extensive blood work for preventative purposes has to be out of pocket). So now, with your help, I understand a hair analysis is what is really needed. I will choose one of your 2 recommends. Now I will have to find someone in Canada who can help me deal with results - perhaps a dietician? I will check out your other videos in case you have a practitioner list. Thank you for sharing your research on this subject instead of keeping the results to yourself. Our health is really up to us. Due to Dr. shortage our Doctors are overworked and really only have time to look after the sick. We need a revamp of our healthcare system so that preventative medicine can become the focus so we can avoid getting to the chronic disease phase. Blessings in abundance!!!

Bacteria overgrowth in the GI tract is extremely common. The two good lab tests I use with patients are the GI-MAP and the GI-Effects lab analysis, (from stool). Both list the bacteria and other pathogens in there, and what medications those germs are resistant too! That is extremely important to know! You need to fix the infection or you will have a very hard time absorbing the nutrients you need.

Could you please make a video about common mineral deficiencies and the symptoms they correlate with? A lot of people can't afford hair mineral analysis or they live outside US. I wonder just how much fun it's going to be to get the VA to back this. I was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2018 and thank God for the VA. They can be a blessing on one hand and on the other hand a curse. I have a rougue VA Dental Clinic Director at a VA Dental Clinic near Sacramento who didn't like me saying I had a over active gag reflex when they wanted to outfit me with a upper denture. When eating, I've actually breathed food down my airway because of gagging with upper dentures and almost died one time because of it. Now, this clinic will no longer see me. It's outrageous for someone to make a personal choice to deny a Vet service at a clinic they don't even own.

I finally got a holistic doctor since my regular doctor always told me I was in the "normal" range for health. I knew something was wrong and decided to get a holistic doctor. Found out that in mainstream medicine, the normal range of health was what the majority of people's blood work showed. Well, over the years so many people are sick and the range opened up and therefore you fit into a bigger range that they call normal. This is convoluted logic and ignorant. My holistic doctor asked for more specific blood work and found out I was hypothyroid. Go figure!

And if right supplementation would relieve me a 10% it would great and if it would heal me for about 60% well then it is a revolution which would give me my life back which is since years more suffering then anything else and I would honestly think about giving the world something back including you.

I believe with this guy, the key is "balance." Even our facial skin has a microscopic level ecosystem (I randomly picked a term 😂) that requires a certain balance to be maintained. Many people are battling with acne problems (seriously, this is a tiny issue but has a lot of impact on a person). Many use lots of products and active chemicals which disrupt the balance in the skin, leading to a disrupted skin barrier, bacterial and fungal overgrowth, and so on. They don't consider that it could be a gut problem or a vitamin deficiency. I just recently learned that it could be Vitamin D that is deficient in a person with recurring acne.

Felix you just rocked my world! Question....we have 95 trace minerals that are body needs to properly function I thought most of these could just be blood tested for, now I understand with your "copper" story that hair analysis 8s essential, with that said how does a "gas mass spectrometer" analysis fit in and does it even especially for heavy metal toxicity? Thank you for the lab info!!!

Well, I have to say they did really good on me in the hospital. Thank God and that’s how I found out I had high copper.

Very good explanation. However, since you have mentioned minerals deficiency I would recommend trying Trace Minerals drops daily. It is a game changer since our water these days has almost no minerals!

Thank you so much. This is so helpful. I have so many signs of deficiencies but my blood test always comes back NAD for deficiencies. I thought I was going mad but you have me hope that there is still something I can do - hair test! Does it matter if I had my hair coloured 2 months ago?

I think both labs recommend you let it grow out until you have enough natural hair. But Id shoot them an email to make. It probably also depends on the type of product you used. Please also follow this guide so you dont make any other mistakes kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6qmf4RmhMqamc0

@@TheUnrider -- Thx., I didn't read the Description. No worries, a simple google search for our areas, will provide a Free List of Naturopaths, who deal with Hair Analysis.
