thanks man! i just signed up for the open :) going to do it scaled because i struggle with a lot of things, among then t2b so these videos are so perfect and your style explaining it is just really clear. i watch your videos everyday and it is going to be so cool to watch when obesetobeast comes to the UK and you guys are going to do a boxtour! if you are ever in Rotterdam please come to crossfit RTM;)

I hated T2Bs I wasnt able to string any together before watching this video. The video helped a lot I was able to get 8 in a row before stopping

Smh wish I had watched this before I did 17.2 just 2 hours ago. Almost died on toes to bar using only core 😂 Lol never knew to use active shoulders. Thanks Rich!

Love all the advice! Especially the EMOM at home workout tip! I was the only one in my class doing K2E during the WOD, everyone else did a modified movement. So glad I was able to hold onto the bar! Also, which brand is Jas's workout pants?

I would love to see a break down on a kip pull up! I got the toes to bar, and regular strict pull up, but cant kip pull up to save my life. makes no sense.

Alright I switch my thoughts on what the dumbbells will be used for in the open... there gonna be used for burpee box jump overs with the dumb bells like they do in the invitational

Wondering if you have any insight to a problem I have with T2B. I can do 15-20 unbroken at a time but whenever I do them my left shoulder is always killing me for the next couple days. I've been told it has to do with disengaging the scapula. Thanks for the content.

Brandon had the same problem. Started doing my stretches/mobility for the lats and the problem went away.

Do you ever use a foam roller to roll out your knots after training? It helps your muscles repair and gets rid of the pain a bit

Fun fact, trapeze-artists ( in the circus) then continue the movement, with straight legs, getting the legs under the bar in to a so called "pike" position to then hang their knees on the bar. :)
