I used to do this a lot especially with egg fried rice. But ever since I had 妈妈手(mummy's hand - a TCM Chinese term for carpal tunnel syndrome) twice from looking after my two boys when they were babies, I couldn't muster the strength in my wrist to perform such flipping stir fry any more. 😢
