Love the vibe of this video. Some top advice there. Been running for nearly 5 years now - one marathon down but I have a goal to complete 10 half marathons by the time I'm 30 and this October I'll be on my 6th. Run strong brother and enjoy the journey

Incredible effort put into this man! I’m running the 2024 Los Angeles marathon with a group of my students and will begin training with them in the fall. We have about 9 months or so to prepare. I’m definitely going to incorporate what you shared into our training!

Hey nico I still watch your videos I get so inspired you really helped me because I was not in the best time in life when I was around 10 years old now I am 11 and I have everything that I ever wanted or needed. You inspired me to get off my couch and start exercising! Thanks you really help!

i love the color grading and editing! your advice at the end is incredibly helpful - looking to run my first marathon soon and currently training for a half in a few months. your content has been great and incredibly helpful - but more importantly, fun!

@@nico.felich A question about prep, how do I determine the amount of miles I need to do, do I just build upon what I'm currently running or do I start with something specific?

@@MuseFoxs eventually you’ll want to build to about 50-60 miles a week. But start with 25-30 a week and gradually increase mileage as the weeks/month’s progress.

Men, at the beginning I felt weird how I run because I understood the arm movement. Seems no one talk about it. I follow some pages on IG, but when I saw one video I was… this guy runs like me. Even when u run with others u can see it. I get it, styles vary but I just want to say thanks and keep it up man! Great stuff

Good luck. Ran my first marathon this year at 20 years old. 2:53:23. My number one tip is consistency and nutrition. Hit the wall Mile 16 due to lack of fuel. Sub 2:40 in December here we go.

Can you do a marathon training plan please? How many times a week we should be running, do you do strength training as well? How many speed runs, recovery runs etc? I’ve got my first marathon in 15 weeks, so I need to be training like now 😂😂 thanks! (Also great cinematography🤙🏻)

I've actually been wondering do you track your calories/macros when training? Also if you do strenght days at the gym, when do you implement them in your training(lower or higher mileage days)? Great video btw!

I live in AZ as well, what time do you usually go running especially during summer months? Also do you recommend running in treadmills, like it is the same as running outside? awesome video btw.

Hey Nico, been watching your videos and shorts on KZbin for a while now and even though I've been running for a while I find them extremely refreshing and instructive. One tip I shall give you : Marry your girlfriend ! You don't have any idea how it is hard to find someone who is that supportive in your endeavors. Also, An additional heartbeat couldn't hurt you that much in your intensive training could it ? ;) God bless you and good luck !
