Sir agar pre workout mein BCAA aur L Glutamine ho jo muscle ki recovery ko jaldi kare aur muscle breakdown kam kare to exercise to muscle breakdown karne ke liye hi hai, phir exercise ke baad BCAA aur L Glutamine se recovery kar sakte hai. Exercise ke samay jitna zyada ek limit tak muscle breakdown hoga aur muscle ko stimulus milega, utna hi zyada to muscle growth ke liye achha hai recovery ke baad. I watch every one of your videos. I'm sorry but. Pre-workout is not something recommended. Rather just have caffeine supplement without any other ingredients. Most pre-workout don't hv recommended quantity & onky caffeine works.I've tried few pre & went back to caffeine only supplement.

I love your content but, not this pre workout. Reason being the dosage are not clinically relevant and it's underdosed. Yes it's good for beginners however it's costly on a price point!

I use 400mg caffeine very bad you are right then i give it to me freind and recommend him half dose i go to hospital that night because i cannot sleep and did ecg because of heart palpitations
