Yes. If you feel something is wrong, it's wrong. It's not necessary to figure out what is wrong. 🙂

Losing your intuition is like losing a sense like an eye or ear. However, it’s never lost just dormant.

Hi Lauren. I’m new here, I stumbled upon your videos only a few days ago. About 2 years ago I was fired with “depression”, as now I understand was total infj burnout and a lack of using my creative abilities because of small children and business and a job of meeting and talking to patients and their families all day. I was finally diagnosed with ADHD then, after life of starting up multiple educations, going in and out of jobs/depressions/anxiety. My older brother has an AST diagnosis also a few years ago and then I thought that maybe I did as well. I do still believe that there’s a possibility, but after bingewatching your videos, I just KNOW, deep down in my little suppressed intuition, that I am 100% an INFJ personality type as well. I was a singer for 20 years (I’m 37!) on the side of working, but never “cut out” to handle the late nights and flirty comments and hard rigid practice. I have always drawn and written as well. I took a long break from my creative life after my husband got deadly seriously ill with a heart disease, and when he got well and ran marathons I just skipped from burnout to burnout, job to job, but now we have two small children and my life TRULY is the dream AND A BLESSING, but my creativity was lost for so long that I felt like I didn’t even know who I was anymore. I do feel like that will change now tho! ❤ you inspire me to trust my creative voice and understand that NOBODY NEEDS TO “GET” ME, I can just be, change, grow and do without permission even though it can be lonely at times. Im working on a fantasy romance with witchcraft, and I will try and just write what and when things come to mind instead plotting like I have for the last 10+ years, not finishing a single f****ing novel. 😂 I do believe I am on this earth to create and touch hearts, now not needing to find my “perfect art form” but rather experimenting between them. I am seeing crazy amounts of synchronicities lately - the number 1212, 1012, 1111, 2121 - all day long. I was meant to find your channel! I have now subscribed to your newsletter, and I am so excited for my new life to start and I cannot be more grateful about the work that you do Lauren, and the way that you thoroughly explain it all so that I really - for the first time ever - understand that I am not alone in this. I am usually not a person making a lot of comments on youtube, but I needed to say this to you today. So thank you from the bottom of my heart! Regards, Josephine.

This happened to me many times. One time I ran into a neighbor of mine in the hallway of our floor. We chatted for a few minutes and I was going to ask how her puppy (10 year old puppy) was doing - and I hear my inner voice yell out to me No - no - no!. Then I was going to ask her again and the voice SCREAMED at me NO - NO - NO ! ! ! But I went ahead and asked. She showed her very sad face and said - he died two weeks ago.... I should have listened to my inner voice and asked someone else that might have known and not bring up the heart ache for her again. It would have been much better for her if I had said - "I'm so sorry. - instead of her having to utter those words yet again - He's dead.....

I been knew something was wrong I didn’t know anything about narcissistic people at the time I was just trying to figure it out

I literally just commented on your last video over this topic. I have incredible foresight, I just brush it off as something that's unreliable, but it rarely is. The way we make it back to our intuition is to let go and trust you can follow, this is true but even saying this terrifies me

Thank you! I’m an INFJ and trusting my intuition has been a journey. But it’s getting better🕊️

For me, unfortunately, it's not always that simple... To me, Lauren explained it very well! I'm a 70+ woman now - and the last years have been quite hard, so I've started trusting my intuition less... Hope to change that tonight...You are such an insightful woman Lauren!! ❤

I have always been (and still am) being told that I am too sensitive. Also I have autism so reading people isn’t always the easiest thing to do for me. I’ve had some pretty awful problems because of this, related to people that didn’t have my best interests in their mind… Although I have learned a thing or two over the years, it’s still a challenge for me to trust my intuition and not just brush it off as: oh well, you’re just feeling this way about this person because you’ve been burnt in the past by someone who this person might remind you of. Or: you’re being too sensitive, just because the person says or does this (which again; might remind you of how people have treated you in the past) doesn’t mean he/she isn’t a good person. - Get over those feelings and get to know him/her a little bit, before you make a decision about them. It can be pretty frustrating! Ugh 😑

Thank you for all the amazing work you do Lauren! I very much look forward to your class tomorrow 😊 How can you trust your intuition if you have experienced a lot of (childhood) trauma? E.g. discerning between a healthy relationship versus an abusive or neglectful one, especially if the red flags are subtle and not immediately obvious. Your nervous system will be drawn to unhealthy partners/friends as this is familiar due to this being your "normal" while growing up
