Don’t we need to be aware of all the heavy metals found in spices now? Apparently, most spices are grown in India on soils that has been saturated with heavy metals (over the years of irrigating with dirty water from bad pipes)? There have been scientific findings of overload of really heavy metal loads in spices. How can we avoid the spices that have heavy metals?
