The fondant that we used in the video doesn't contain marshmallows but you can certainly add tylose powder to marshmallow fondant. Hope this helps :)

Yup! CMC powder and tylose powder are the same and can be used in the same way.

Tylose is a brand name. You can use CMC powder which is basically the same thing. Basically both are chemical versions of gum tragacanth, or often known as gum trag if you're in the business. Gum trag is a natural ingredient but a lot dearer.
