Why did they have to make it so unclear which file you have to rename and put on your USB. I had extracted the entire zip folder to the USB drive, since that is what they say in the accompanied pdf (where they don't even mention the renaming). This video helped me so much with that. I was practically lost for what my issue was and still got no reply from their support. Fingers crossed no more issues arise in my build.

Hi! So im using a b560m ds3h v2, already downloaded and renamed the file, no cpu, no ram, no gpu on the mobo only the 24 pin, once i turn on the pc with the usb already plugged in, i click qflash and pc turns off, no blinking, please helpppp

I have this issue where it will boot up firm from being turned off, and refuse to restart if I select that option in windows. It also seemed to have messed up one of my 4 ram sticks. When I now install the 4 sticks, it won’t turn on, but if I leave the two oldest pairs it boots fine. Even though it worked fine a week ago with all 4 sticks. Any ideas what the issue could be?
