I don't see an option to download AI Suite 3 for my ROG Strix X570-E Gaming. I want to update so hopefully TPM settings are Windows 11 compliant. Trying to enable "Firmware TPM" manually within my BIOS version 3602 gives a "9E" error code on board. Would I use Armoury Crate for this, or is there a way to get AI Suite? I've never updated BIOS before and am nervous about bricking my board.

@asus_support thx. Ended up calling asus customer support. I was able to upgrade my bios to 3701 And I tested all 64 gig of my Ram. No errors in any of that. Set x m p to profile two and fast tuning And so far the blue screen of death has not occurred anymore. I think it might have been because I Add XNP profile 1 Enabled which put the speed of my Ram at 3603 mhz. That was three megahertz faster than they were rated So I just backed it down to 3200. So I think i'm good now. Thx!!

@@pelon5361 No, you don't need a USB drive, create a folder for the BIOS, download the BIOS and save it to that folder, extract all files. Download AI Suite 3, (if needed, I already had it on my computer) install it, open AI Suite 3, use EZ update to locate the extracted BIOS files. Just follow the video from there, it has you click update, then flash, sit back and wait for it to finish.

Why can't I update the bios using Armoury Crate? I hate AI Suite 3 as it is outdated and causes many problems and crashes!! Please fix the Armoury Crate bios update!! Why is EZ update no longer in asus suite lll. When i update my bios via usb flash, i start the update and it freezes and shuts off and reboots, but it never even starts the "processing" stage with the orange loading bar. I followed the steps, however when it rebooted into the BIOS update screen it asked me to select the BIOS file to continue the flashing, and I got scared when selecting the file (Desktop) I got the message "Reading Failed!" no matter how many times I tried again. The solution? I had downloaded in other PC the BIOS file and saved into a USB (Formatted in FAT32). Without hope I plugged the USB drive and miraculously the directory updated automatically so I could select the BIOS file in the USB drive, and could continue the flashing without any problem. Then I could install without problems Windows 10 in an NVME drive that was not able before.

If you interrupt the Update process, the BIOS can result damaged, and you'll probably need to flash it with a USB Programmer or something similar

Bios updates and failsafes have come a long way since the old days (flashback button for example). The biggest issue is, at least for me, it's a risk. Doesn't take as long as it used to back in the day but as others have said if your interrupt it by mistake (say a power outage, tripped on a wire etc) it's a big pain to get it back

My motherboard model is the ROG STRIX Z390-E Gaming, current BIOS version is 1905, the downloaded version I wish to install is version 2004, the AI Suite 3 version is 3.00.51 and the EZ Update version is 3.00.03. The BIOS file was downloaded from the official ASUS website under utilities for my motherboard model. As stated above, when I try to update my BIOS using EZ Update from AI Suite 3, an error message appears saying, "The model of the BIOS image doesn't match the BIOS ROM currently present." EZ update is now an option with this version, However, it will not update the BIOS version. It says I have version 1401 released 12/03/2020. The latest available through ASUS is Version 2423 released 2021/08/17. It won't let me update from a download file either, it give me an error "The model of the BIOS image doesn't match the BIOS ROM currently present". What can I do to update to the latest BIOS?

After the update is completed, it will automatically restart. Rebooting after updating the BIOS will take more time than normal boot time.

Hi Birizinho, The PRIME B350-PLUS with Windows 11 OS does not support AI Suite 3 and EZ Update. It is recommended that you update the BIOS via EZ Flash or download the AI Suite 3 for Windows 10. Meanwhile, it is able to re-format Windows 10 and update the BIOS before updating to Windows 11 if needed.

Bonsoir, après avoir mis la mise à jour Update mon pc s'est bloqué sur le BIOS et j'ai du forcer le redémarrage j'avais pas le choix sinon j'avais un ecran noir, et depuis quand je lance mon pc j'ai toujours le BIOS qui se lance 5-10 secondes et après mon pc se lance comme n'importe qu'elle pc et depuis quand je le met en veille et que je veux le déverrouillé avec mon mot de passe ça me met un écran noir du coup j'ai désactivé pour un moment pour que mon pc se met en veille au moins j'évite de forcer le redémarrage. j'ai le ASUS EXPERTBOOK L1500CDA-BQ05577RA. Qu'est ce que vous me conseillerez ? Merci à vous
