How to Update Firmware on Astro A50 Wireless Headset?

I had a40s, and they were great! But I got the a50s and they didn’t even work correctly

MY A50s wont charge got a replacement same issue i swear 8 years ago they were the king and worked so well there so disgustingly horrible now i will never buy them or a logitech product agian. get a pair of bose and a wired mic you will never have an issue

Every time I do a firmware update, it doesn't stay. When I reconnect the astro, it just says to do another firmware update.

​@@ScorchLights Bro, 2 things: try using other laptop to connect with the base and try updating again (this works for me most of the time somehow), and if that doesnt work, try downgrading to an older version, and than go and update again.

My Astro A50 Gen 3 is always disconnecting and only have the lightning indicator blinking in the base and when I update the firmware it gets stuck at 33% and then error

My update either fails at the start or gets to 33% and fails. Tried over a dozen times. Astro Tech Support is a 2-3 day wait. Headset: Current 0.0 New: 39964.43 Base Station: Current 40372.43 New 40372.43

My headset won't pair with the base station. Also, when I connect to my laptop after the first update for the base station, it will no longer pair with my headset and no longer tell me my percentage of charge.

the a50 is an absolute trash headset - the updating process is horrific i might just sell this shit and get another one. I've never had such a worse experience with a headset before. at this point i might just lose some money and sell it cheaper and buy something that actually works

​@nolanbroeker7943 constantly disconnecting from the base station, both new pairs of headsets I've gotten have had issues with the top cushion pad staying in place right out the box. A 300 dollar headset should not have this many issues even with a skill diff 😅
