@@mateen_l7630 I just tried and followed the steps to upgrade my ipad mini 2's iOS from 9 to 12 with both on my device (Mac and windows). At first, it doesn't when i use iTunes in my Mac, so i tried with my Windows's iTunes. It's finally works. Hope yours too :)

Actually when it was updating I clicked done before it is updated at 8:14 sec and my iPad switched on without updating but in PC it shows it is updating what I need to do
