In this video we will walk you through the steps required to change the fabric on an upholstered dining room chair. Since these chairs are being used for an outdoor covered porch area we will use a noiseless silk film in-between the foam and the decorative fabric. This silk film will help keep water from saturating the foam when they get wet.
