How To Upload A Custom Font In HelloCustom

I'm 8 months late but just now starting to use Hello Custom so hopefully you see this and can help me. I feel really stupid but cannot figure out how to get fonts on Hello Custom. I use Adobe so the fonts I want to offer my customers, for personalization, do not show up in HC. When I try what you show above (around 0:37) it gives me an error message telling me File Not Found; Check Name Again. Do I have to somehow upload the font to my computer or into a file first? I don't think Adobe will let me. Am I just out of luck and have to find other fonts? Edited to add: I didn't get the error message but I don't see the font in the list so maybe HC has just improved or changed when a font isn't found now?

Same problemm. My font is uploaded to HC but I am still getting the error...
