Hi, my product is only a summer product, and the Winner ads burned out in the CBO or stopped performing. So I transferred the post IDs to an ASC+ and had a constant ROAS of 3-4 for two weeks. Now the performance has suddenly dropped to a ROAS below 1 for two days, although I really haven't changed anything. What could be the reason for this? I would like to understand this. Maybe you can answer this question for me?

Just ran an Easter promo sprint with A+ Shopping. Has yielded no results. When I run holiday promos in manual campaign, they go crazy. My standard A+ (non-promo) is starting to pick up momentum, but holiday promo - literally zero so far and massive CPC. I think these A+ campaigns take much longer to learn, so maybe not best to start new ones for promos. IDK?
@TheEcommerceAlley7 ай бұрын
@_derekdownunder we see A+ do better if you have more than 1-2 weeks. We usually run promo sprints with manual sales and unique post id ads to kill at ad level throughout. (Vs DCA) :)

Hi Josh, lets say advantage+ latches on to 2/10 of my ads & puts all the budget on them. Should I turn the non performing ads off & duplicate them into another advantage+ campaign & try again? Rinse & repeat? Also if one of the performing ads starts to die down overtime should I enable some of the ads that weren't allocated any spend & test them?

Great question! Thanks for watching, by the way. A+ latching onto 2/10 ads is totally normal... and usually totally fine. Often, we find you only need to run 3-4 ads in an ASC to see results. Just because Meta latches onto a few ads of your group, doesn't mean those other ads aren't playing a role. They're often getting less spend but being used as "retargeting" to hit your cold prospects again so they see different ads from you. As long as the 2 ads you have running are performing, let them be! If they're not performing, however, try shutting them off to let Meta shift budget into other ads!

Very interesting! What do you do if a A+ Ad Campaign does NOT perform (i.e. it doesn't achieve profitable ROAS/become stable)? Do you try new creatives, try a totally new campaign or give up on A+ for that account? Also, do you ever run more than one A+ campaign in an account at a time?
@TheEcommerceAlley Жыл бұрын
Hey Clif! Great questions. 1. First we will shut off the ads getting the worst ROAS. You can see this inside the ad level, and you can start to narrow down the ones that aren't performing. If we are using "Super Ads" we typically see it work - it's when we use unproven ads they can be a bit rocky. So if you have proven ads, roll with those. If not, prove ads in purchase campaigns first before moving into A+. If the proven ads don't work for some reason in the A+, try to validate different ads and go from there. We really only want to use validated ads. 2. You can only have 8 A+ campaigns running in one account. Typically, we stick with 2 depending on the brand. If you're under 1m/yr in revenue - we will want to focus on one product entry point for new customers. Once you start to get close or pass that 1m/yr run rate, we will introduce more A+ campaigns for each product. Each A+ campaign will have 3+ ads inside of it for 1 product. Hopefully this helps!

Timely content for me! Thanks! If you run more than one of these campaigns at a time, won't they compete against each other and drive up the cost?
@TheEcommerceAlley Жыл бұрын
We like to organize them by products / offers, so they don’t overlap. We have multiple running in some accounts and they do fine! :)

Hi! Can i have multiple product types in one campaign? Let’s say shoes and shirts? Thanks!
@TheEcommerceAlley Жыл бұрын
You can - but we recommend segmenting a different campaign by product because someone who buys shirts might be different than someone who buys shoes. And we want FB to optimize accordingly!

Those 3 ads are on the same page i assume? I have 3 winning ads on 3 different pages, can i stack them in one A+ campaign?

Are they all running to the same product or collection? We’d recommend they do!

Hi Josh I ran 1 ad campaign for 5 days and spent 45 dollars but go no sales and I’m not sure what I can do to make it better?
@TheEcommerceAlley Жыл бұрын
Hey Kareem! There are a lot of variables that can go into whether a campaign does well or not. Creative, landing page, audiences, campaign structure, and more... Unfortunately this is probably more than we can get into in a KZbin comment. What we would recommend is joining our Facebook group, where we go much more in depth with training and resources! facebook.com/groups/ecommercealley

Where are the controls for allocating % of budget to warm/hot audiences? The only custom audience you are prompted to create is existing customers.
@TheEcommerceAlley7 ай бұрын
Go up above the budget and you’ll need to go to “audience control”. In that area, we will put the audiences we want to retarget!

In your video you shared that adding new Video ads/carasoul ads into a successful running A+ Campaign was a stable experiment and no havoc@@TheEcommerceAlley I see different results, now considering a new A+ campaign with new creatives. What will be the right way as per your observation? Hope it doesn't go like NEW A+ CAMPAIGN + OLD A+ CAMPAIGN in terms of bid auction and audience overlap
@TheEcommerceAlley10 ай бұрын
@lovejotsinghchhabra we have two new videos on A+ shopping dropping this Wednesday that might help answer that! Over time, there WILL be overlap. But your spend has to be very heavy. We run multiple in some accounts without issue. Ideally, one per product is best from what we see!
@lovejotsinghchhabra10 ай бұрын
Do you recommend videos in same advantage+ campaign If you have one video for men hats and another video of hats that women love ( ultimately the brand is a hat brand ) @@TheEcommerceAlley . I suspect that it will reduce results as Men will see video of women hats. Second advnatage+ campaign with creatives made for women is good option or just one ?
@TheEcommerceAlley10 ай бұрын
In that case, we'd likely separate. We try to keep it as 1 ideal customer to 1 topic/product/collection/offer. If you have men/women-specific offers, we'd likely separate them.
