I always thought calibrating was a "one and done" thing, but I've found it's a good idea to calibrate every time I'm going to do print and cut. It doesn't take that long, and it's worth it.

Make sure you place the tool selected in the right clamp because the stylus goes on clamp A and the scorer wheel goes in Clamp B. Hope this solves the issue.
